Founder & Interventional Pain Physician

Dr. Jayen Patel, MD

Dr. Patel is a graduate of Boston University, School of Medicine. He continued his training at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, NY where he completed a year of General Surgery training. He furthered his specialization in Anesthesiology at New York University and is Board Certified in Anesthesiology.

He leads a multi-disciplinary team and works in neuromodulation and advanced spine therapies, including spinal cord stimulation and interspinous decompression.

Dr. Amit Mirchandani, MD

Dr. Amit Mirchandani is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He continued his training at Yale University in New Haven, CT where he completed his Anesthesiology residency. He further specialized in Interventional Pain Management by completing an ACGME accredited fellowship at Rush University in Chicago, IL. He is double board certified in both Anesthesiology & Pain Management.

His approach is patient-centred: he listens carefully, diagnoses precisely, and builds treatment plans that address both the source of the pain and the patient's overall well-being.

I was going to the same pain medicine doctor for 20 yrs. but he drastically changed his practice with the open borders. He had me convinced me no one would prescribe anything else - well it turned out a drug labeled for "moderate" pain has helped.

Jason Huffman was seen today by Dr. Patel. He is absolutely amazing and very polite and has the best bedside manner. He explains everything so we understand completely. He is the first Dr that has ever taken us seriously and helped Jason with his pain. The Staff is amazing as well!! We love this facility.
